About
This townhouse was built in the 1930s in the city centre of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Our client came to us with the brief to turn this gem into a mid-century revival interior by using textures, patterns and fabrics, combined with modern features.
As part of this project, we had to change the layout of the space to accommodate a new larger kitchen, a bigger bathroom and we made plans for the conversation of two basement spaces in a home office and a cinema room.
Custom Carpentry & Furnitures
Due to the nature of the house and how it was built, in order to make use of all the space we had to design custom cabinets, kitchen cupboards, wardrobes, chest of drawers and storage space.
Bathroom
Custom chest of drawers under the sink
A custom cabinet was needed to hide the boiler since it’s a large boiler with a water container due to the house not having gas installations.
