Our process is designed specifically for remote clients. You’ll collaborate with our design team via video calls, review plans digitally, and receive regular construction updates through photos, videos, and milestone reports. You’ll feel involved without having to be on-site every day.
If necessary, we can also meet in person at the location of your land where you are planning to build your forever home.
Most projects take 1-2 months to design from concept to final handover (before construction), depending on location, size, and permitting, where the construction part can take from 12 to 16 months.

Our initial consultation helps us outline a realistic timeline tailored to your goals and land. We also offer fast-tracked design options for simpler builds.
Owning land is required before we begin architectural design, but if you haven’t purchased it yet, we’d still love to hear from you.

We offer a full-service design and build experience. This includes architectural planning, custom home design, interior design, landscape design, structural and construction planning, and preparation of all technical drawings (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.). We also manage construction and collaborate with trusted local teams to bring your vision to life—seamlessly and beautifully.
